A lot of businesses do things because it fits the business, not the customer. As a consumer, few things are more frustrating than having to jump through the several hoops before a business will accept your money. This is crazy!

We have put a great deal of thought into our process and try to make things as easy for our customers as we can. We look at our business through the client’s eyes first!

To make needed repairs easier to understand, we're happy to show you the things on your vehicle that need attention and then prioritize them for you. When you need a ride to and from work, prearrange it and you'll be on your way in no time at all.

The more demanding you are, the higher your service expectations are, the better you'll like our shop. Our whole operation shows a great deal of thought and consideration for our customers, the most important people in the world to us.

Scheduling that Makes Sense
When you ask most shops, "When's the best time to bring in my car?", the standard response is always, "First thing in the morning". That's never made sense to us. They can't fix them all then, so why are their customers required to line up when they drop their cars off, and then line up again at the end of the day to pay the bill?

We've got a better way. We schedule appointments at 30 minute intervals. The minute you walk in our door, we should be able to write you up right away. You can make an appointment for any time of day that best suits you. Our goal is to have you on your way within 5 minutes from the time you arrive.

Perhaps that's why our customer retention is so high. After a person has been here once, they continue to come back again and again. We have regular customers who drive from Flagstaff, Prescott and all over the Verde Valley just to have their vehicles serviced here.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. ComCheks, T-Cheks, EFS Transchecks, PlusChecks, TCH Checks. We are set up to accept payment from several Fleet Management Companies. We even accept cash ;-)
