Last Updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the hefrshop.com website (the “Site”) and auto, diesel, and fleet repair services provided by HEFR Auto and Truck Repair (“HEFR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or engaging our repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, scheduling service, or dropping off a vehicle for diagnosis or repair, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Services

HEFR provides automotive, diesel, truck, and commercial fleet maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services. Specific work performed is documented on individual repair orders, estimates, and invoices provided to each customer.

3. Estimates and Work Authorization

Before beginning work, HEFR provides customers with an initial estimate of costs. No repair work will exceed the authorized amount without prior verbal or written customer approval. By authorizing repairs, you grant HEFR technicians permission to operate your vehicle on public roads or testing grounds for diagnostic, testing, or inspection purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial fleet accounts:

  • Full payment is due upon completion of repairs and prior to vehicle release.

  • HEFR accepts cash, major credit cards, and approved commercial account billing.

  • A mechanic’s lien may be applied to any vehicle remaining unpaid in accordance with Arizona state law.

  • Returned payments or failed transactions may result in additional administrative fees and collection costs.

5. Parts and Workmanship Warranty

HEFR stands behind the quality of its work. Specific warranty coverage details on parts and labor are outlined on your final invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, off-road driving, unauthorized modifications, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Customer-supplied parts carry no warranty on labor or part failure.

6. Vehicle Drop-Off, Storage, and Unclaimed Vehicles

Customers will be notified promptly when vehicle repairs are completed.

  • Vehicles must be picked up within three (3) business days of completion notification unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • A daily storage fee may apply to vehicles left beyond three business days.

  • Vehicles left unclaimed for more than thirty (30) days after completion notification may be considered abandoned and processed according to Arizona state abandoned vehicle statutes.

7. Personal Belongings

HEFR is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, tools, or items left inside vehicles parked or stored on shop premises. Customers are strongly encouraged to remove all valuables prior to dropping off their vehicle.

  • Provide valid contact information for approvals and notifications.

  • Ensure vehicles dropped off have sufficient fuel for necessary road testing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEFR’s total liability for any claim arising from our services or Site shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific repair order or service giving rise to the claim. HEFR is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of vehicle use, rental fees, or lost profits.

11. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEFR, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) unauthorized vehicle operation requested by the customer, (b) pre-existing vehicle defects, or (c) failure to maintain the vehicle following repair recommendations.
